Job summary

Philips is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager for Bedford, MA. You will lead on-site warehouse operations, coordinate with 3PL providers, and drive inventory accuracy, patient safety, and service performance.

You will manage staff, govern contracts, set KPIs, and develop capacity plans while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement initiatives within a health technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain/logistics with direct supervision of warehouse or logistics personnel.
• Experience managing 3PL providers, SLAs, and inventory accuracy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations; Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, fulfillment, and outbound transportation.
• Lead warehouse teams, staffing, training, performance management, and data accuracy.
• Manage 3PL and transportation providers from onboarding to governance, SLAs, cost, and continuous improvement.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts, and capacity plans across warehouse, inventory, logistics, and transportation.
• Lead cross-functional optimization initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to senior management on warehouse, logistics, and 3PL matters.
