Job summary

The Good Crisp Company, based in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to scale our logistics network and oversee day-to-day execution with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers. You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, and SOP standardization while leading continuous improvement in a fast-growing snack business.

You’ll own the transportation network, negotiate rates, and guide RFPs, with remote options available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing a multi-node logistics network and multiple 3PLs.
• Experience with international and domestic freight, routing guides, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own daily network execution with 3PL and transportation partners.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Lead 3PL transitions and new-facility implementations end-to-end.
• Drive network design, cost/service trade-offs and scalability.
• Manage retailer routing guides and chargebacks, ensuring timely performance.
