WhatYou’llDo
The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is a hands-on, execution-oriented role responsible for managing and scaling The Good Crisp Company’s logistics network.You’lloversee the day-to-day execution across our warehouses and transportation network, managing relationships with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and other partners while ensuring we deliver against the service, cost, and execution standards we expect. In this fast-paced role,you’llstay close towhat’shappening across the network, solve issues quickly, and prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones.
In addition to being an execution-oriented role,you’llalso be expected to be a strategic thought partner by building operational excellence. This includes owninglogisticsand warehouse spending, including budgeting and forecasting, standardizing SOPs across nodes, andleading continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen consistency and efficiency.
This role will also help build the next version of ourlogisticsnetwork.You’lllead RFPs and partner selection, negotiate rates and contracts,identifycost-saving opportunities, and evaluate how we move and store product as the business grows.With significant autonomy,you’llidentifyopportunities, prioritize what mattersmost, and drive improvements through execution—helping build a network that is efficient today and scalable for tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Execution
- Own daily execution across the network, serving as the primary point of contact for all 3PL and transportation partners.
- Troubleshoot real-time shipping and fulfillment issues, acting as the escalation point formisships, shorts, damages, delays, and service failures; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage inbound/outbound deliveryappointment schedulingwith 3PLs and retail partners.
- Own data integrity across NetSuite and partner systems, ensuring accuracyand proactivelyidentifyingoperational exceptions.
Warehouse Network & 3PL Management
- Own 3PL partner relationships and performance across the North American network, including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards for service, accuracy, productivity, and cost.
- Lead business reviews with strategic 3PL partners, driving corrective action plans when performance falls short.
- Lead 3PL transitions and new-facility implementations end to end from RFP andselectionthrough go-live and stabilization.
- Drive network design and optimization recommendations,balancingcost, service, capacity, and scalability.
- Own retailer routingguidecompliance, tracking performance and reducing chargebacks through root-cause and corrective action.
- Manage 3PL contracts, rate structures, and SLAs to ensure competitive commercial terms andstrong performance.
Transportation & Logistics Management
- Own performance and economics of inbound/outbound transportation, including international freight (ocean, forwarding, customs, drayage) and domestic transportation programs across LTL, FTL, intermodal, and parcel.
- Lead competitive RFPs for transportation and warehousing — from strategy and cost modeling through negotiation and implementation.
- Continuously evaluate transportation modes, routing, and consolidation opportunities to improve service and reduce cost.

What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience inlogistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations, with experience owning a multi-nodelogisticsnetwork; CPG experience strongly preferred
- Direct experience managing a network of multiple 3PLs and freight partners simultaneously
- International & importlogisticsexperience managing FCL, freight forwarders, customs clearances & drayage operations
- Proven transportation and warehouse RFP experience, including developing requirements, running competitive bids, modeling options, evaluating proposals, negotiating rates and terms, and implementing awarded business.
- Experienceoperatingin a high-growth environment where processes, systems, andlogisticsnetworks are evolving quickly.
- Experience managinglogisticsrequirements for major retail customers and distributors, with a strong understanding of retailer routing guides, OTIF requirements, chargebacks, claims, and compliance. Experience with UNFI,KeHE, Walmart, Target, or similar customers strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of small parcel, LTL, FTL, Intermodal,oceanand air freight transportation
- Experience working with ERP Systems; NetSuite strongly preferred
- Ability tooperateeffectively at both the strategic and tactical levels — comfortable developing a network strategy one day and resolving a shipment exception the next.
Position Details
Whilewe’reideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder/Denver area,we’realso open to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person. For remote candidates, occasional travel isrequiredfor team meetings or company events.
The compensation for this position is $95,000-$115,000 based on experience,plus equity.
