Job summary

Crusoe in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior 3PL Strategy & Relationship Manager to transform our warehouse footprint into a centralized, scalable network for data-center deployments. You will architect regionalized warehousing, manage third-party partners, and ensure tax and funding considerations are integrated into every decision.

This role requires 5+ years in strategic logistics, strong ERP/WMS and analytics skills, and a track record of insourcing high-cost logistics.

Qualifications

5+ years in strategic logistics or 3PL relationships.
Strong understanding of project funding, inventory costs, and sales/use tax implications.
Experience centralizing decentralized warehouses into a data-driven hub.
Insourcing or scaling high-cost logistics capabilities in-house.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Crusoe's regionalized 3PL warehousing network.
Coordinate with Finance/Tax to align warehousing with project funding and tax rules.
Create fungible vs site-specific inventory frameworks and redeployment plans.
Establish SLAs, QBRs, and dashboards with logistics partners.
Collaborate across Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance.
