Job summary

KAIROS, Inc. seeks an energetic Acquisition Analyst/Management Analyst, Junior, to bolster a Pax-based program office. You will assist in life cycle acquisition and procurement management, supporting planning, document development, monitoring, tracking, and close-out.

The role requires collaboration with Navy/DoD teams, drafting STRAPs and APBs, and ensuring compliance with DoD directives. Eligibility for a Secret clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year supporting Navy/DoD/NAVAIR program.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with NAVAIR PMT or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Drafts program milestone-related documentation to ensure DoD/SECNAV 5000 series compliance.
• Develops program acquisition docs: STRAPs, AS docs, PIDs, SOW, funding docs, CDRLs, APBs.
• Assesses procedures and documentation for compliance with specs and mission requirements.
• Attends and reports on briefs, papers, meetings, and review boards.
