What You’ll Do

  • Manage contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and rate reviews by coordinating requirements, assessing responses, documenting decisions, and guiding implementation and follow‑up.
  • Develop and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, governance documents, meeting templates, and knowledge repositories for partner management and strategic logistics processes.
  • Coordinate central initiatives and network changes across regional logistics teams, Global Supply Chain Analytics, Warehousing, Trade Compliance, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and other business partners.
  • Develop strong TMS knowledge and cross‑train on essential team processes to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and backup coverage.

  • Experience supporting quarterly business reviews, scorecards, contracts, requests for proposal, user or partner onboarding, standard operating procedures, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable leading multiple priorities across global time zones with limited supervision.
