Walgreens is seeking a Specialist Logistics professional in Michigan to provide guidance to the Logistics Team, perform data analysis, and coordinate restricted zip code reporting. The role supports operational decision-making for restricted shipments and ensures compliance across logistics processes.

The candidate will mentor teammates, assist in SOP development, and track productivity while driving efficient, compliant logistics operations within a retail-pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy Operations (call center/customer service or fulfillment).
• At least 1 year of escalation resolution experience and de-escalation techniques.
• At least 6 months of experience in the Specialist Logistics role.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpretive, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicates delivery issues and coordinates actions per SOPs.
• Coordinates package rescue, storage, and delivery with third-party vendors.
• Reviews requests for re-shipments and escalates as needed.
• Processes and tracks approved returns and ensures proper disposition.
