Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel, TMS, and freight-forwarding concepts. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s preferred.
• 7+ years industry experience and 5+ years in project management.
• Experience with capacity/pricing boards (DAT, GetLoaded, Truckstop).
• Experience operating a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Scope projects with cost, price, and resources assessment.
• Oversee projects from business development to implementation.
• Ensure on-time delivery, profitability, and client-expectation alignment.
• Facilitate deviations via ongoing management communication.
• Coach vendors and internal teams to meet objectives.
