Qualifications

• Experience maintaining compliance documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory audit preparation.
• Secret clearance.
• Minimum 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics, material handling, or transportation setting.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office suite and basic data-entry or reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with operators, drivers, cross-functional teams, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crane operators, forklift operators, chemical-replenishment attendants, and truck drivers to ensure safe, efficient transport of aircraft parts and materials.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations; enforce safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage resource allocation, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training on equipment and chemical handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to enhance employee engagement and resolve issues.
