Required is a Secret clearance with 2+ years of leadership in logistics, strong DOT/FMCSA knowledge, and proficient computer skills.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining compliance documentation and regulatory audits.
Secret clearance or eligibility for one.
Leadership or supervisory experience in logistics or transportation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry/reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee crane operators, forklift operators, chemical attendants, and truck drivers.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics to support production flow.
Enforce safety and environmental regulations across operations.
Manage resource allocation and resolve operational issues impacting production.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training on equipment and safety.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply-chain teams; attend status meetings.
Interface with Labor Relations and HR to enhance employee engagement.
