Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential suppliers, assessing quality, reliability, and pricing.
• Preparing and processing purchase orders, requisitions, bids, and allocating bank statements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Generate and maintain reports on material status, inventory levels, and production records.
• Oversee receiving and distribution of materials to ensure smooth production processes.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering to ensure resources are available.
• Prepare and manage shipping schedules, evaluate production schedules, and determine material requirements.
• Continuously improve competitive position through insights from customers, competitors, and industry learning.
