Job summary

SAIC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Production Coordinator to support government programs as a Supply Chain Specialist throughout the program life cycle. The role uses MS Office and ERP systems to source parts, place orders, and manage supplier activity.

You will collect material data, track availability, coordinate supply issue resolution, and participate in program status meetings with stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years’ related experience and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or related role.
Proficiency in MS Office software and experience with ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sourcing and ordering of parts, ensuring procurement complies with SAIC policies and contractual requirements.
Collect and analyze material data to ensure materials are available for development, production, and maintenance.
Coordinate and resolve supply issues to support products in development and sustainment phases; collaborate with other departments.
Attend program status meetings and provide updates on supply chain status to program managers and stakeholders.
