Job summary

SBT Global is seeking a Logistics Pricing Analyst – Warehousing & Distribution to lead pricing strategy, cost analysis, and contract management across our direct-operated and 3PL networks. You will drive end-to-end RFP/RFQ execution and vendor sourcing for logistics needs using our internal platform.

The role demands a bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field and 10+ years of transportation procurement experience, with strong negotiation, Excel modeling, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, or related field with 10+ years of transportation procurement experience.
• Proven freight rate negotiation experience and analysis of carrier rate sheets.
• Strong Excel data modeling and rate matrix design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy, cost analysis, and contract management across networks.
• Execute end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes and vendor sourcing for logistics needs.
• Audit rate proposals, benchmark pricing, and ensure tariff terms align with financial models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Operations, Claims and Risk.
• Perform quantitative analyses on carrier performance and procurement projects.
