Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategy, cost analysis, and contract management across 3PL and direct operations.

The role involves end-to-end RFP/RFQ execution, vendor sourcing, cost modeling, and procurement workflow optimization within the company’s logistics platform. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in logistics pricing or warehousing procurement, with strong Excel and enterprise logistics systems

• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial/cost modeling and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy, cost analysis, and contract management across 3PL and direct operations.
• Develop and analyze cost models (storage, labor, equipment, VAS) and prepare executive pricing summaries.
• Manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, vendor sourcing, and MSAs/SLAs with internal partners.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Operations, IT and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy and system alignment.

Job Description

The Logistics Pricing Analyst – Warehousing & Distribution leads pricing strategy, cost analysis, and

commercial contract management across direct-operated and 3PL networks. This role is responsible for

end-to-end RFP/RFQ execution, vendor sourcing (MHE, staffing, racking, automation), cost modeling, and

operational procurement workflows utilizing company’s internal logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing, Cost Analysis & Executive Reporting

• Build dynamic cost models (storage, labor, equipment, VAS) to evaluate 3PL proposals and benchmark against direct-operation costs.
• Generate executive-level reports, pricing summaries, and scenario comparisons to support strategic decision-making and site selection.
• Analyze rate structures and identify cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities across distribution centers.

Sourcing & Contract Management (3PL & Direct Operations)

• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for 3PL warehousing operations and direct-operation support vendors (staffing agencies, MHE providers, rack installers, automation systems).
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Operations to draft, review, and maintain service agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs), rate cards.
• Oversee contract extensions, pricing amendments, and scope-change controls with internal/external partners.
• Conduct vendor benchmarking, commercial evaluations, and bid comparisons to ensure competitive pricing, service capability, and compliance with internal procurement requirements.

Logistics Platform (Cello) & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Execute end-to-end procurement workflows within company platform, including RFQ floating, vendor quote consolidation, and commercial bid evaluations.
• Oversee contract and billing administration in Cello, ensuring timely registration of master rate cards, monitoring billing settlements, and resolving cost variances.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy, operational feasibility, and system alignment.

Ad Hoc Projects & Strategic Initiatives

• Lead and support ad hoc logistics, sourcing, pricing, and operational projects driven by evolving business requirements, customer needs, and management priorities.
• Develop rapid business cases, cost analyses, market benchmarks, and sourcing strategies for new warehouse operations, network changes, customer opportunities, and special projects.
• Support new site launches, expansions, relocations, operational transitions, and other time-sensitive initiatives from initial feasibility assessment through vendor sourcing and implementation.
• Evaluate emerging logistics technologies and solutions, including warehouse automation, MHE, robotics, and other productivity-enhancement initiatives, from both operational and financial perspectives.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in logistics pricing, cost modeling, warehousing procurement, or contract administration.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel (financial/cost modeling, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and enterprise logistics systems (Cello, TMS, WMS, ERP).
• Cost & Contract Acumen: Strong understanding of warehousing cost drivers, equipment leasing/purchasing, labor rates, and commercial contract structures (MSAs, SLAs, rate exhibits).
• Communication & Synthesis: Proven ability to translate complex data into clear leadership presentations and manage multi-stakeholder cross-functional projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with large-scale distribution networks or multiple DCs.
• Prior exposure to MHE leasing/purchasing, pallet pooling agreements, or temporary staffing procurement.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Logistics, or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations in warehouse logistics.
