CACI International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Logistics Planner to lead logistics operations for SCOPES, coordinating with SOUTHCOM and field sites. The role emphasizes government property management, supply chain oversight, and secure handling of sensitive assets.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in logistics, and experience with federal supply systems. Travel up to 25% and coordination with multiple stakeholders are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a logistics practitioner at the operational and tactical level.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• 10 years of demonstrated experience with the Federal Supply System.
• Senior Logistics Planner experience for supply chain management including acquisition, budgeting, storage, material management.
• Expertise with DA automated supply accounting systems and knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
• Logistics systems management experience including development, interception, and recognition of functional requirements and government-furnished equipment.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and manage the TO Government Property Management System and coordinate support by a network of custodians.
• Develop TO Government Property Management System as contracts evolve to ensure 100% accountability of Government property.
• Ensure return of Government-issued clothing/equipment upon redeployment.
• Prepare and deliver all Government property reports.
• Achieve 100% property closeout on contract expiration or project completion.
• Receive, manage, transfer, and service SCOPES property to meet mission needs.
• Coordinate Government and commercial shipments with SOUTHCOM, SCOPES partners, and vendors like FedEx/DHL.
• Provide training and mentorship to geographically dispersed sites for large project logistics.
• Ensure accurate reporting from outstations before PMO submission.
