The role focuses on secure dashboard access, reporting, inventory control, and efficient shipping for government operations. You will guide a team of logistics professionals, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with federal asset management and government procedures while maintaining audit readiness and strong cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in logistics/related fields.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics reporting for large-scale operations.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CLTD are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure, web-based dashboard access with searching and sorting for GTMs.
• Produce standard and ad hoc warehouse reports from inventory data.
• Ensure quality control in inventory processes and audit readiness.
• Maintain records of equipment transfer to receiving posts on delivery.
• Recommend shipping methods for non-foreign locations based on cost and urgency.
• Prepare shipping materials and provide CST with inventory copies for review.
• Track delivery status of items sent for repair and manage warranty fulfillment.
• Lead logistics coordination across multiple projects and distributed operations.
• Develop process improvements for warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping procedures.
• Mentor junior specialists and supervise warehouse teams.
