Job summary

Air Mobility Command seeks a supervisory leader to oversee the Materiel Management Flight in the Logistics Readiness Squadron. You will plan, organize, and direct logistics functions and mentor staff through subordinate supervisors.

Required knowledge includes a broad range of logistics concepts, safety and regulatory compliance, and the ability to analyze complex information to improve program effectiveness. Strong written and oral communication is essential.

Qualifications

Knowledge of logistics management operations including supply and transportation policies and programs.
Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations and procedures.
Ability to plan, organize, and direct functions and mentor staff through subordinate supervisors.
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations to meet program requirements within resources.
Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information and evaluate options for effectiveness of supply programs.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
