Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a General Manager for Mt. Juliet, TN to oversee high-volume contract logistics operations. You will ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitable operations while complying with ISO standards and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, 3PL or Transportation; Master's preferred.
• Minimum ten years relevant experience in logistics/3PL.
• Expertise in operations and business management.
• Experience managing big box operations and 3PL industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct multiple teams to meet customer service expectations.
• Achieve profit objectives, provide financial analysis for decisions.
• Develop organic growth with existing and future customers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control programs.
• Lead continuous improvement using Kaizen/LEAN/EQS.
