Job summary

FALCATA is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Logistics Support Specialist to back our Washington operations.

The role focuses on logistics, material readiness, and inventory management across large projects, with limited procurement duties for RF equipment and related tech. You will work onsite with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials and compliance with government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 10–15+ years in logistics, inventory, or procurement in tech environments.
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute and track materials and equipment for field teams and customers.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and transportation to sites.
• Maintain inventory records and proactively order to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
• Ensure records for logistics and compliance with government policies.
