Job summary

FALCATA seeks a Sr. Logistics Support Specialist in Washington, DC to manage logistics, inventory, and procurement activities for DoD/environmental programs. You will coordinate with leadership, vendors, and field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with government requirements.

You’ll work onsite at multiple customer locations, supporting fast-paced operations and a high-stakes mission. A DoD TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 10–15+ years experience in logistics, inventory, procurement or supply chain in a technical environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with data analysis, spreadsheets, and presenting information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving and transportation of materials to field teams and customers.
• Maintain inventory records and track stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate sourcing and purchasing with approved vendors to meet operational needs.
• Maintain documentation for logistics, shipping, and government records.
• Collaborate with leadership and engineers to understand technical needs and ensure mission success.
