S&S Activewear is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to support inbound and outbound logistics across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. This individual contributor role focuses on daily operations, systems administration, and carrier relationship management in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The position requires extensive experience in transportation logistics, strong data analytics, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and 3PLs to optimize costs and service levels.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations (parcel, LTL, and truckload preferred).
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems and carrier management.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee ERP and transportation management systems (TMS) inputs and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy for rates, routing, and carrier performance.
• Support inbound and outbound freight execution across parcel, LTL, truckload, and regional carriers.
• Monitor carrier service levels, shipment visibility, and exception reporting to support timely deliveries.
• Conduct data analysis to identify cost trends, service issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier partners and 3rd party partners.
• Support contract execution and day-to-day communication with carriers.
• Collaborate with 3PLs to align daily operations and elevate issues as needed.
