S&S Activewear is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day transportation operations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. You will oversee ERP and TMS inputs, manage carrier partnerships, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation systems and carrier management.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Limited travel may be required for carrier meetings or operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP and TMS inputs and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy for rates, routing, and carrier performance.
• Support inbound and outbound freight across parcel, LTL, truckload, and regional carriers.
• Monitor carrier service levels, shipment visibility, and exception reporting.
• Conduct data analysis to identify cost trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to align daily operations.
