Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification and 1 year of supervisory experience with responsibilities including supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, participating in hiring and promotions.
• Or at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.
