Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a highly experienced Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) Level IV to join our Logistics Engineering team. This role establishes lifecycle logistics processes and provisioning strategies for CAE training devices, spanning design, development, manufacturing, testing, delivery and sustainment.

You will collaborate with hardware and software engineers, program management, supply chain and procurement to align logistics deliverables with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in lifecycle logistics analysis and readiness.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced logistics engineering responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) required.

Responsibilities

• Understand logistics planning fields (requirements, lead times, costs) to enable proper analysis.
• Maintain sustainment readiness metrics (MTBF, MTTR, uptime) and gauge performance.
• Prepare inputs for Maintenance Plans, LSA Plans, and related logistics documentation.
• Create SOPs and work instructions for assigned duties.
• Act as senior technical contact for reliability, obsolescence management affecting CAE USA training devices.
