Job summary

CAE USA seeks a senior Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) Level IV in Arlington, TX, to establish lifecycle logistics processes and provisioning strategies for CAE training devices. You’ll work with hardware, software, program management, and supply chain to ensure sustainment across the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent; master's preferred.
• 10–15 years of lifecycle logistics experience.
• Military aircraft or simulation experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Access).
• Willing to work overtime to meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sustainment readiness metrics (MTBF, MTTR) to gauge performance.
• Prepare inputs for Maintenance Plans and Logistics Support Plans.
• Coordinate data analyses and CDRLs for government contracts.
• Assist junior logisticians and track procurement through site delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, program managers, and supply chain to align deliverables.
