Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Logistics Management Specialist Level IV to join our Logistics Engineering team. This role establishes lifecycle logistics processes, provisioning strategies and long-term sustainment for CAE USA training devices across the product life cycle.

The LMS Level IV collaborates with hardware/software engineering, program management, supply chain and purchasing to align logistics deliverables with program objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 10–15 years of lifecycle logistics experience.
• Military aircraft or simulation knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Willing to work overtime to meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand logistics engineering planning fields and costs.
• Assess sustainment readiness metrics for system performance.
• Coordinate data and submit logistics CD-RL s for DoD and FMS contracts.
• Research provisioning and deliverables for logistics requirements.
• Prepare inputs for Maintenance Plans and LSA Plans.
• Create SOPs and work instructions.
• Serve as senior technical contact for reliability and obsolescence management.
• Advise on obsolescence, spare parts planning, and troubleshooting.
• Interface with program managers and engineers.
• Assist junior logisticians with data collection and NSN searches.
• Monitor procurement to expedite material.
• Track requisitions from request to delivery.
• Develop spare usage lists and trend analysis.
• Receive training to broaden skill set.
• Mentor junior logistics staff as needed.
