Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics at the Harmans, MD campus. You will lead end-to-end material flow, warehousing, receiving, shipping, materials control, and 3PL across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and readiness for inspections.

The role requires extensive GMP/regulatory knowledge, 24/7 operations support, and a track record of optimizing freight, inventory, and KPIs. Onsite work with strong leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in warehouse/logistics in pharma/biotech/ GMP settings.
• 5+ years leading managers across multiple shifts/locations.
• Experience with 3PL contracts, freight, and logistics budgets.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, dangerous goods (IATA/DOT).
• Advanced MS Office/Excel with data-driven KPI insights.
• Ability to support a 24/7 operation and on-call escalation.
• TrackWise deviations, CAPAs, and change controls experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead logistics across BWI, BioPark, and Cavalier as primary accountable.
• Develop scalable operating models and staffing for growth.
• Manage logistics budget, freight, and 3PL spend with cost-saving initiatives.
• Coach leaders and build cross-training and succession plans.
• Oversee storage, issuing of materials to manufacturing, and cold-chain logistics.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with audits and inspections.
• Own the Cavalier contract and KPI reviews; manage freight carriers for domestic/international shipments.
