Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in East Greenbush, NY seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead our IOPS Supply Chain operations.

You will supervise a team of Warehouse and Warehouse Data Associates, oversee receiving, warehousing, shipping, records management, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring cGMP compliance. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, maintain shipping records, update SOPs, and report on metrics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a business or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and developing warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and shipping SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across pharmaceutical supply network.
• Lead and develop a team of Warehouse and Warehouse Data Associates; supervise receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and maintain records (hard copy and electronic).
• Maintain and update shipping SOPs in line with regulatory requirements; drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
