You’ll supervise dispatchers and drivers, coach staff to exceed customer commitments, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will foster a culture of safety, drive personnel development, and align with corporate logistics initiatives while maintaining strong labor relations

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of extensive logistics and leadership experience.
• Understanding of federal/state/local regulations and required record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics team, provide leadership and supervision to deliver world-class service.
• Motivate, coach and train dispatchers and drivers to meet commitments and comply with processes.
• Oversee staffing, develop strategies to optimize staffing and ensure best-in-class service.
• Lead logistics execution across the metro area and ensure safe operations.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain top talent across diverse candidate pools.
