Job summary

Castelion seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist to lead hands-on logistics, materials, and hazardous materials operations across field sites in New Mexico, coordinating transport with Torrance, CA and Midland, TX.

The role requires field presence, problem solving, and deep knowledge of explosives, hazardous materials transport, DOT, OSHA, ATF requirements, and the ability to build practical processes and training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, materials operations, transportation, or related field.
• Direct experience with explosives and hazardous materials.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and ATF requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing logistics processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on oversight of shipment, transportation, delivery, receipt, handling, and storage of hazardous materials and explosives.
• Coordinate movement of materials between sites, including Midland, TX and New Mexico.
• Oversee material deliveries at New Mexico site to ensure safety and schedule.
• Be physically present at field locations to support logistics and troubleshoot challenges.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and movement activities per safety requirements.
