Job summary

Castelion was founded to restore America’s ability to field advanced weapons at speed and scale. The Senior Logistics Specialist will lead hands‑on logistics, materials handling, and hazardous materials operations across field locations, primarily in New Mexico, with coordination to Midland, TX and Torrance, CA.

The role requires practical processes, DOT/OSHA/ATF compliance, and field presence to solve logistics challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, materials operations, transportation, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with explosives and hazardous materials.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable DOT, OSHA, and ATF requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing logistics processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on oversight of shipment, transportation, delivery, receipt, handling, and storage of hazardous materials and explosives.
• Coordinate the movement of materials between operational sites, including Midland, TX and New Mexico.
• Coordinate and oversee material deliveries at New Mexico site, ensuring materials arrive safely, on schedule, and in accordance with the site requirements.
• Be physically present at field locations as needed to support logistics activities and troubleshoot operational challenges.
