Job summary

Google Inc. in Fremont is seeking a Logistics and Inventory Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics activities for the Raxium display program. You will drive ERP/IMS integrity, optimize storage layouts, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Planning, IE and Facilities.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma methods and strict compliance with Incoterms and FTZ protocols. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a related field with 8 years in logistics or warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field.
• 8 years of logistics, warehouse management or material handling experience.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• 3 years with ERP systems and leading IMS.
• 3 years with Incoterms, hazmat handling (DOT/IATA), and warehouse operations.
• 3 years managing cycle count programs and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enable ERP and IMS data integrity, modulating safety stock and leading cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Planning, IE, and Facilities to optimize warehouse layouts and VMI.
• Deploy Lean/Six Sigma to eliminate waste and reduce dock-to-stock cycle times; mentor teams.
• Establish SOPs, shift handoffs, and standardized escalation paths.
• Manage daily domestic and international shipping, ensure carrier SLA, Incoterms, and FTZ compliance.
