Job summary

Raxium is seeking an experienced leader to drive logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role requires deep expertise in ERP/IMS, Incoterms, and hazardous materials handling, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of eight years in logistics and three years in people management, with a proven track record of optimizing cycle counts and inventory levels. This on‑site position is based in Fremont, CA.

• 3 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and leading Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
• 3 years of experience with shipping terms (Incoterms), hazardous material handling (DOT/IATA), and warehouse operations.
• 3 years of experience managing cycle count programs and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis in quality, reliability, and manufacturing production.
• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations or international customs processes.
• Proven track record of modulating inventory controls (reorder points, safety stock) within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use data from the ERP to justify headcount, equipment, or space requirements as volume increases.
