Job summary

FNS, INC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Transportation/Fleet Manager to plan, supervise, and optimize daily shuttle operations between the plant and yard. You will ensure on-time dispatch, DOT compliance, and strong collaboration with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in transportation or fleet management, knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, and experience guiding drivers and schedules; CDL is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and a TMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management.
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules.
• CDL license or technical understanding of fleet equipment is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard.
• Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatch.
• Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance.
• Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delays.
• Implement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT).
• Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
• Work closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operations.
• Address and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortages.
