Job summary

RTX is seeking a Fleet/Logistics Coordinator in Plano, TX to drive fleet-wide changes, coordinate with Field Service Reps and the Product Support Team, and plan logistics for deployments both domestically and internationally. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in logistics or related fields, plus a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of logistics, system documentation, or delivery for technical systems.
Active and transferable DoD Top Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Fleet ECP/NOE/upgrade with FSRs and PST for logistics support.
Determine schedules for fleet-wide changes with FSR Manager and site leads.
Plan shipments with PST logistics team to support fleet changes.
Brief customer weekly on status of critical fleet-wide changes.
