Job summary

You will ensure staff training, certification, and compliance with internal controls and standards. The position requires US citizenship, the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, and a track record of solving complex issues with analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree plus 10+ aerospace years preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of customer relationship management experience.
• A minimum of 10 years leading projects and solving complex issues.
• Strong formal communication and presentation skills.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and develop tactical and operational plans.
• Manage complex customer agreements and address escalations.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on status and recommendations.
• Ensure training and qualifications to support fleet operations.
• Represent RTX Sustainment leadership at customer meetings/site visits.
• Coach and mentor employees and recognize achievements.
• Address issues impacting fleet operations and present executive updates.
