Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services (NLS) is seeking a Regional Manager for AMER-OPS-MGMT in Georgetown, TX. The role oversees service parts logistics projects, optimizing storage and flows, and implementing new processes.

Strong leadership, analytics and WMS knowledge are essential for success. The position requires a logistics/production engineering degree and 4+ years of experience, with ability to coordinate redesigns and ensure efficient put-away, shipping, and space utilization in a high-volume

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics/Production Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Interpersonal, organizational and planning abilities are essential.
Must work well in a team with limited supervision.
Experience leading new process implementations.
Operational management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, WM, etc.).
Over 4 years of experience in logistics or operations.

Responsibilities

Review and develop warehouse storage concepts and support rearrangement activities.
Develop layouts of warehouse logistics flows and space usage.
Create processes to optimize warehouse operations and workflows.
Conduct facility and process design reviews for approvals.
Specify, procure and oversee equipment installation for layouts.
Explore new technologies to improve process efficiency.
Lead special projects to improve methods, layout and workflow.
