Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Production Engineering or suitable logistics experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a team with little supervision and drive improvement through change management.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP WM, Blue Yonder WMS, LMS) is a plus.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review/Develop warehouse storage concepts and support re-arrangement activities.
• Develop layouts of warehouse logistics flows and warehouse space.
• Develop processes and procedures to optimize warehouse logistics operations.
• Conduct Facility and Process Design reviews to secure approvals.
• Specify, procure and oversee installation of equipment for layout and design.
• Investigate new technologies and equipment to improve efficiencies.
• Conduct special projects to improve methods, layout and workflow.
• Provide training and training documentation to workforce.
