Job summary

Credence seeks an experienced Administrative Support - Logistics Data Mgmt at senior level to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on office management, sustainment project support, and compliance with government rules.

You will track actions, coordinate calendars, manage shared resources, and monitor costs while ensuring data integrity across EIM sites and suspense systems.

Qualifications

• Must have an active or current Secret security clearance (or higher).
• Extensive knowledge of office management and Action Officer processes.
• Experience tracking and maintaining organizational program correspondence and costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide HQ AFMC/A4/10 logistics office management and sustainment project management support services.
• Track and document action items.
• Coordinate calendars.
• Manage shared facility resources and utilization.
• Track and monitor financial costs.
• Review and track program/functional training and maintain organizational program correspondence and suspense’s.
• Maintain division EIM sites and assist the division site manager.
• Encourage project data exchange between EIM site members.
• Monitor completion of directorate actions and report status.
• Attend government-unique training to ensure compliance with HQ AFMC/A4/10 rules.
• Assist with organization taskings within TMT or current suspense system.
