Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks an Acquisition Logistics Manager (Conventional Munitions Enterprise) to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on transforming logistics processes, standardizing procedures, and enabling FIAR-compliant IT modernization within the Air Force munitions domain.

You will work with government leads, analyze system gaps, and drive improvements across enterprise logistics, supply management, and depot maintenance for mission success.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance (Secret or higher) is required.
• Experience with DoD/military logistics and acquisition processes.
• Ability to develop and transform enterprise processes across large organizations.
• Strong analytical and data quality improvement skills.
• Experience coordinating with HQ AFMC or equivalent commands.

Responsibilities

• Assist transformation analysis identifying process gaps, risks, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise process documentation for Air Force munitions.
• Support IT modernization to meet FIAR compliance.
• Participate in process development IPTs for requirements, allocation, and supply chain management.
• Identify gaps in systems like TICMS, CAS, AMST, RMS, RAM/TMRS and propose improvements.
