Credence seeks an Administrative Support - Logistics Data Mgmt at senior level to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves logistics office management, tracking action items, coordinating calendars, and maintaining program correspondence within a defense setting.

The position requires a Secret clearance, extensive office management knowledge, and experience with task and suspense systems. A senior-level background with relevant certifications is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required or higher.
• Extensive knowledge of office management and action officer processes preferred.
• Advanced Degree (MA/MS) with 10+ years of experience, or BA/BS with 12+ years, or 15+ years direct experience with certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide HQ AFMC/A4/10 logistics office management and sustainment project management support.
• Track and document action items and monitor suspense items.
• Coordinate calendars and manage shared facility resources and utilization.
• Track costs and monitor financial expenses.
• Maintain program correspondence and organizational suspense systems.
• Assist site managers with EIM sites and data exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with HQ AFMC/A4/10 rules through training.
