Job summary

Spreetail in Indiana is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to optimize outbound transportation across LTL, parcel, and same‑day delivery. You will sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross‑functional strategy, coordinating daily execution and building reporting to keep our network efficient.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel to track KPIs, support contract implementation, and collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Data & Performance Management - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
• Carrier & Contract Support - Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.
