Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to optimize outbound transportation across LTL, parcel, and same‑day delivery. You will build reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to monitor carrier KPIs, and partner with leadership to implement contracts and improve performance.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally to align costs with service targets. The role requires 2–5 years in logistics, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same‑day delivery.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track carrier KPIs.
• Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align costs and services.
• Conduct data‑driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.
