Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound transportation across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track carrier KPIs (Power BI, Excel).
• Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communications.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to meet cost/service targets.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to guide network decisions.
