Job summary

Spreetail is hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to optimize our outbound transportation network and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate daily activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building reporting and insights to keep the network efficient.

The role requires 2–5 years in transportation or logistics, advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau), and strong analytical skills in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track carrier KPIs (Power BI, Excel).
• Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

Spreetail is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to help drive the performance of our outbound transportation network. You'll sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building the reporting and insights that keep our network running efficiently.

How you will achieve success:

• Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Data & Performance Management - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
• Carrier & Contract Support -Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

What experience will help you in this role:

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes. The work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.
