Coordinator, Logistics (Collaborations) to drive on-site coordination for brand collaborations and launches in Buffalo, NY. You will partner with internal teams, manufacturing partners, and logistics providers to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries and successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of logistics operations experience with emphasis on customer service.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities for co-branded and licensed product launches to meet customer delivery requirements and status communication.
• Serve as the primary logistics point of contact for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely production, transportation, and inventory status updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor launch timelines and communicate delays with proactive problem-solving.
• Arrange domestic and international transportation and manage carrier bookings.
• Maintain shipping documentation and ensure import/export compliance.
