Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations required
- Demonstrated advanced level Excel required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities for co-branded launches to meet delivery timelines
- Serve as primary logistics contact for brand partners
- Provide timely status updates and communicate with partners
- Monitor collaboration timelines and launch milestones
- Arrange domestic and international transportation of products
- Maintain shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Coordinate carrier bookings and delivery scheduling
- Update customer routings in SAP and communicate to carriers
