Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to turn complex logistics and financial data into actionable insights. You will build reporting, forecasts, and models across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and 3PL relationships.

The role partners with senior leaders across Distribution, Inventory, Buyers, Finance, Technology, and external providers to modernize data usage and influence cost, service, and growth decisions.

• Proactively monitor performance across supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics, inventory, transportation, and cost performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for network and vendor decisions.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range logistics strategies.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting across global logistics and distribution.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data accuracy and visibility.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights for leadership.
