Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Logistics Analyst to develop data tools and analytics for logistics and supply chain operations at ourClarksville area facility. You will forecast needs, improve practices, and drive data-driven decisions with ERP data and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and supporting implementation of automation to streamline operations. Strong Excel/SQL skills and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or data analytics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
• Experience with forecasting models and demand planning in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and insights.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance data tools to collect, analyze, and visualize logistics data from ERP systems.
• Utilize forecasting models and analytical techniques to predict logistics needs and improve business practices.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in supply chain operations.
• Analyze trends, KPIs, and operational data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance to ensure data integrity and alignment with goals.
• Support refinement of data models and methodologies to enhance decision-making.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and automation to streamline logistics.
• Conduct data quality audits to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
