Spreetail is hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to optimize outbound transportation across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery. You will build reports and dashboards to track carrier KPIs and work with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in logistics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset in a fast-growing environment.

Spreetail is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to help drive the performance of our outbound transportation network. You'll sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building the reporting and insights that keep our network running efficiently.

How you will achieve success:

• Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Data & Performance Management - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
• Carrier & Contract Support - Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

What experience will help you in this role:

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving processes. The work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.
